In light of recent news and developments around the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, we wanted to share an update with you. We’re aware that many of you will be limiting your social and environmental activities and we wanted to assure you that we’re here to stand beside you and support you during these challenging times.
Our priority is to protect our customers and staff, and so we have put into place extra measures to ensure you and they remain in the best of health. We will be following the advice of HM Government and the WHO regarding our activities, and will keep you up to date with any developments as soon as possible.
We want to reassure you that you are not alone during these days of uncertainty. Our united love of art and painting is what you can rely on, and we will be doing our utmost to provide you with community, artistic inspiration and resources to combat potentially lonely times for us all.
Stock availability is currently unaffected and our warehouse will continue operating as normal, with orders currently being fulfilled and despatched in good time. UK carriers are still performing well, although there may understandably be a slight delay. We’ve upgraded our overseas carrier services to combat the undoubted delay in shipping, especially into Europe.
Throughout these times, be assured that we will be doing all we can to get all orders to you as soon as possible.
