From personal experience we know how frustrating it is trying to find direct contact details for web sites, so we've tried to make it as easy as possible:

For routine queries, about anything you like, please email us at sales@artifolk.co.uk. It is our aim to reply to all emails within a few hours, and you should hear from us within 24 hours at the latest.

We understand that sometimes it is nice to be able to talk to someone, and our friendly staff are on hand to talk you through your order, or answer any questions about the products. You can telephone 0800 980 1123 (Freephone) between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday.
